Greetings! We're so excited that the semester is finally here! KSU Wesley is a campus ministry that meets on Wednesdays nights for worship and small groups. We have events, mission trips, and service projects throughout the year to help you further your walk with the Lord and get connected to an awesome community on campus.
Take a look at our welcome week activities below, all students are welcome and we'd love to see you there!
Welcome Week Activities
Welcome Dinner | Monday August 18, 6:00 p.m. | @the commons (dining hall)
We will all gather Monday night to have dinner and then play games on the green/hangout afterwards. This is a great way to eat some awesome food (free with your swipes into the dining hall!) and get to connected with new students on campus.
Whirly Ball/Laser tag | Thursday August 21, 7:00 p.m. | Mad Mad Whirled
What is Whirly Ball? Check it out here. Basically it's a mix of bumper cars, basketball, and banaroo with no athletic skill or prior experience required. Normally it's super expensive, but for you it's only $10. There will also be laser tag if you're into that. We'll meet up to carpool from campus, so be on the lookout for more information.
First worship & cookout | Wednesday August 27, 6:00 p.m. | Gazebo on campus
We will have our first worship of the semester at the Gazebo and amphitheater next the humanities building. This will be a great way to connect with Wesley on campus and get weekly services off to a great start. Free food and fun, what else do you need? Our weekly service and small groups in the leadership room will follow the next week, September 3rd.
As always, don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.
See you this semester!
